These terms of use set forth the conditions for the use of motorcycle courier services provided by Anında Kurye ("Company", "We", "Our"). By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Anında Kurye provides motorcycle courier service in Antalya and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Document delivery
• Package delivery
• Food and grocery delivery
• Emergency medicine service
• Customs and visa document transport
• E-commerce cargo distribution

3. Service Usage

3.1. Placing Orders:

• Orders are taken via phone or WhatsApp
• You must provide accurate and complete address information
• You must provide accurate information about the shipment content
• Prohibited or dangerous substances cannot be sent

3.2. Payment:

• Payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer
• Prices are determined according to distance and shipment type
• Price quote is given before order
• Payment can be made during or before delivery

4. Responsibilities

4.1. Customer Responsibilities:

• To provide accurate and complete address information
• To provide accurate information about shipment content
• Not to send prohibited or dangerous substances
• To fulfill payment obligation
• To provide suitable conditions for delivery

4.2. Company Responsibilities:

• To deliver shipments safely and on time
• To provide professional service
• To protect customer information
• To maintain service quality

5. Prohibited Shipments

The transport of the following items is prohibited:

• Illegal substances
• Explosive, flammable or toxic substances
• Cash (within certain limits)
• Valuable items (jewelry, gold, etc.) - special agreement required
• Live animals
• People

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on distance, traffic and weather conditions. The stated times are estimated times and are not guaranteed. Emergencies or extraordinary conditions may affect delivery time.

7. Damage and Loss

Care is taken to ensure the safe transport of shipments. However, the company cannot be held responsible for damage and losses that may occur due to the customer providing incorrect information, sending prohibited substances, or not packaging properly. Special agreement is recommended for valuable shipments.

8. Cancellation and Refund

Order cancellations must be made before the courier departs. No refund will be made for cancellations made after the courier has departed. No refund will be made in cases where delivery cannot be made due to customer error.

9. Pricing

Prices are determined according to distance, shipment type and urgency. Price quote is given before order and cannot be changed after approval. There are no hidden additional costs. All prices include VAT.

10. Changes and Updates

These terms of use may be changed due to legal changes or updates to our services. Changes take effect on the date they are published on our website. We may inform our customers of important changes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms of use are primarily attempted to be resolved through negotiation. In cases that cannot be resolved, Antalya Courts are authorized.
